Engineering Partner

A single senior team for the entire stack your product runs on.

Ferrixlabs designs, builds, and operates software end to end — interface, backend, infrastructure, and the intelligence layer tying it together — so you have one accountable partner instead of five vendors to coordinate.

Six disciplines. One accountable team.

Web development

Marketing sites, product front-ends, and design systems built for speed.

Mobile applications

Cross-platform and native apps for iOS and Android, shipped and maintained.

AI agents & automation

Copilots, document pipelines, and agents that take real action.

Cloud & DevOps

Architecture, CI/CD, and observability so scale is a non-event.

Systems integration

Connecting the tools you already run into one coherent stack.

Technical consulting

Architecture reviews, technical due diligence, and roadmap planning.

Why Ferrixlabs

Time isn't usually lost to a shortage of talent. It's lost in the seams — between the agency that shipped the site, the contractor who owns the backend, and whoever configured the servers two years ago and left no notes.

Vendor handoffs

One team, one contract

The people who design the interface are the same people who operate the infrastructure it runs on — nothing falls into the gap between a design studio, a build shop, and an infrastructure vendor.

Senior engineers, not a hand-off

There's no hand-off to a junior team once the contract is signed. The person who scopes the engagement is the person who builds it.

The honest answer, first

When a configuration change or an existing tool solves the problem, we say so — rather than quote a build you don't need.

Where we go deep

Sites and web apps that hold up under real traffic

From marketing sites to full product front-ends, we build on frameworks your team can actually maintain — fast to ship, faster to load.

  • Marketing & product sites
  • Customer dashboards & portals
  • Design systems & component libraries

How an engagement runs

01

Scope

We map the problem, the constraints, and what "done" looks like before writing a line of code.

02

Build

Short cycles, visible progress. You see working software every week, not at the end of a quarter.

03

Ship

Deployed, monitored, and handed over with documentation your team can actually use.

04

Support

We stay on for the fixes, the scaling questions, and the next phase when you're ready.

Questions we get asked first

How do you price a project?
Two ways. Fixed-scope projects get a single quoted fee against a written scope, billed across milestones. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer covering an agreed block of engineering time. Either way we quote after a scoping conversation, never off a price list — a brochure site and a multi-tenant dashboard aren't the same job.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused marketing site is usually three to five weeks. A production web or mobile app runs eight to sixteen, depending on how much backend already exists. AI and automation work is often shorter — two to six weeks — because it wraps systems you already run. We commit to dates after scoping, not before.
Do we have to use your tech stack?
No. We default to TypeScript, React and Next.js, React Native, and cloud-native infrastructure because that's where we move fastest. But if your team already runs Django, Rails, or .NET, we build in what your engineers will maintain. Handing over a codebase your team can't own is a failed delivery, not a finished one.
What happens after launch?
Every project ends with documentation, a walkthrough, and full access — repositories, infrastructure, accounts, all in your name. From there you can take it in-house or keep us on a support retainer for fixes, monitoring, and the next phase. We never hold the deployment keys.
How does an engagement start?
Send us the problem, a rough timeline, and a budget range if you have one. You'll hear back within a business day with either a scoped approach or an honest note that we're not the right fit. The first conversation is free and it isn't a sales call.

Have a project worth doing properly?

Tell us what you're building — you'll get a scoped approach back, not a sales call.
