About
An engineering studio built to operate like your own in-house team.
Ferrixlabs exists on a simple premise: most technical problems don't need a five-vendor stack. They need one team able to move across the entire surface of a product — interface, backend, infrastructure, and increasingly, the intelligence layer tying it all together.
Who you'll be working with
Arpit “Titan” Sarang
Founder
Arpit started Ferrixlabs after years as the engineer teams called in when a project spanned more disciplines than any one specialist could carry — the interface, the API, the infrastructure beneath it, and now, increasingly, the systems that make software behave intelligently.
He still writes production code on every engagement and scopes each one himself, which is the reason the studio stays deliberately small: the person who quotes the work is the person who builds it.
If you send a message through this site, he's the one who reads it.
How we work
Scoped, not open-ended
Every engagement starts with a defined outcome. No retainers that quietly become permanent headcount.
One team, full stack
Front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and AI held by the same team, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Built to be handed over
Documentation and clean architecture by default, not an afterthought — so your team can operate the system without us in the room.
Conservative where it counts
Proven tools for the parts of a system that must not fail. Novelty is reserved for the places where it actually earns its keep.
